Amanda Queen deserves a break. She’s hoping to sell her screenplay to get out from under her boss, one of the cruelest divas in Hollywood. For now though, she’ll settle for taking advantage of her boss’ illness and hitting the biggest Oscar bashes and partying with Hollywood’s stars. She even takes one to bed: Sam Pleasant.

Sam’s night has been exceptional. He’s won his first Oscar, and the sexual chemistry he has with a mysterious woman is off-the-charts hot. All in all, he has nothing to complain about until she leaves without telling him who she is and mistakenly takes his Oscar with her. It’s the kind of celebration induced whirlwind that has Sam wanting more.

Thankfully, the two do meet again and have the opportunity to get to know each another. A trip to the Pleasant family ranch may help Sam and Amanda be honest with one another.

Hollywood is all glam, glitter, and very little truth. If the two want a shot at forever, they’re going to have to slow down and let each other in.
