Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD has us stuck in a time loop, worse than in season six. And if the team is stuck in another time loop, you’ll want to tune in
Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD has never fared well with its time travel. This week’s episode will be no different.
It’s not going to be a time loop like before when Deke joined the fray. No, this one seems much shorter in length, resetting things before anyone can truly get their bearings.
At least to start.
In case you missed it, the official synopsis for this week’s episode:
“A time storm ravages the Zephyr, propelling it toward destruction while simultaneously forcing Daisy and Coulson to relive their failed attempts to save the team over and over, until they find a solution or are swallowed by the storm. Making it to their next destination will take trust, courage and sacrifice from everyone on board, but it will all come down to having enough time.”
It feels like Enoch’s going to play a big part in this episode, too, as the only other Chronicom/non-living being on the Zephyr alongside Coulson. So long as he doesn’t need to sacrifice himself to save the rest of the crew, I’ll be happy that he gets to play a big part in things again.
Now if Fitz wanted to show his face tonight, that would also be a welcome thing. With only a few episodes left, FitzSimmons needs to be reunited. Or there may be a mutiny.
