Wynonna and Waverly, Wynonna Earp

Few sisters on this list have been through as much together as Wynonna (Melanie Scrofano) and Waverly (Dominique Provost-Chalkley) Earp. Even fewer are as different as these two wonderfully complex women. Wynonna is the reckless, foul-mouthed black sheep of the family who inherits the family’s legacy of demon-killing. Waverly is the small town, queer girl-next-door type who, as we learned last season, is a literal angel. While a lot of relationships on this show stand out (#WayHaught has entered the chat), the sisterly bond between Wynonna and Waverly is at the center of the show.

At the end of last season, Waverly and vampire Doc Holliday (Tim Rozon) went through a mystical portal, leaving Wynonna and an empty town of Purgatory behind. From the looks of the action-packed trailer, this season is all about them fighting to find a way back to each other. The show’s fandom, known as Earpers, fought hard to get this season made, and it looks like they won’t be disappointed. Nobody makes demon-killing as smart and sexy as Wynonna and Waverly.
