PlayStation Plus members are in for a treat with this month’s free game offerings. Get prepped and ready to spend countless hours playing both games!

PlayStation Plus has always been a pretty good deal, even moreso when they had Vita and PS3 offerings as well. 2020’s offerings don’t look to be slowing down or lessening anytime soon. Last month’s offerings (The Uncharted series and Goat Simulator) were a great way to kick off the year.

And February’s offerings are following suit.

Below are the two new offerings for PlayStation Plus members in February:

  • BioShock: The Collection
  • The Sims 4

As an added bonus, if you have a VR headset, you can also download Firewall Zero Hour for free in February as well.

So let’s dive in!

Does The Sims 4 really need an introduction or explanation? It’s a life simulator game we all grew up with in any iteration. If you need an escape from our ridiculous reality and want some sort of control of some world (unless you’re Liz Lemon), this game is for you.

And if you’ve never played a Sims game before, you should really download this one and give it a try. It’s simplistic, but it’s a great way to occupy your mind.

Next up is BioShock: The Collection, which includes BioShock, BioShock 2, and BioShock Infinite as well as all single-player add-on content. Meaning for the second month in a row, you’re getting multiple games in one offering.

The BioShock series has a special place in my heart. When my husband and I first started dating, he was playing a lot of BioShock 2 on his laptop. And I, being a Nintendo/Zelda/Mario girl only, had no idea what else was out there.

It was the music that sold me initially, loving the big band and swing of the 1940s. But at some point, the radio station in his game got stuck and “Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition” by Kay Kyser played Every. Other. Song. It took me years to be able to listen to it again.

Anyway, I was hooked when BioShock: Infinite came out in 2013 and watched him play every chance I could. Those games are so incredibly immersive that you can’t help but get sucked in.

dark. Next. 10 video games we can’t wait to get our hands on in 2020

Both PlayStation Plus offerings are available to download beginning February 4th and ending March 2nd. Don’t miss out!
