The name’s Eilish — Billie Eilish. And she’s geared up to bring her sound to the latest 007 theme song.

No Time to Die just got cooler thanks to Billie Eilish hopping on the title track for the latest installment of 007’s adventures.

According to the film’s Twitter account, Billie’s response to being a part of the franchise was:

At 18, Billie will be the youngest person to record the theme for a Bond film. The song she’s written with her brother, Finneas, will be compared to the likes of Adele’s “Skyfall” and Sam Smith’s “Writing’s on the Wall.” But unlike Adele and Sam, Billie isn’t the kind of singer that belts.

Watch the No Time to Die trailer below to see the material Billie is working with:

The idea of Billie crafting a song for the franchise that’s backed by an orchestra with big brassy horns and that’s fueled by the drama of a big voice soaring to astronomical heights doesn’t ring true to her style.

Now that’s not to say the songs of her predecessors didn’t influence what she produced for No Time to Die. After all, Billie does love drama, haunting melodies, and the kind of songs that get under your skin and give you chills. One only needs to listen to her body of work to confirm that fact. But still, she’s sure to take a different approach that will breath new life into a franchise that’s been around for decades.

Now we wait to see what Billie has in store for her fans and those of Bond.
