Laurie Blake is making an appearance in Tulsa on this week’s episode of Watchmen and it seems as if everyone is still on edge from the Seventh Kalvary.

Watchmen has been gearing us up week after week for the inclusion of more of our favorite characters from the graphic novel. With the appearance of Nite Owl’s ship and Ozymandias’ involvement in the series, it seemed as if we’d have to wait a while before we saw anyone else.

Now, we have Laurie Blake (Silk Spectre) coming to Tulsa and it doesn’t seem like she’s getting along with Angela right off the bat. A federal agent, Laurie is seemingly there to investigate everything happening with the Seventh Kalvary. Maybe because she worked with Rorschach and knows what he stood for.

We’ll have to wait and see what she’s really doing in town, but if the preview is anything to go by, it seems as if they’re starting to slowly add in some of our old heroes into this world. Now that we know more about Angela, her relationship with Judd and her past, it will be interesting to see how she is going to fit in with the rest of the Watchmen from the graphic novel.

Will she talk to Dr. Manhattan at some point or is his involvement continually going to be Ozymandias’ weird play that he’s doing in his home? It’s going to be interesting as well to see why Laurie changed her name to Laurie Blake, especially because of what Edward Morgan Blake did to her mother.

We’ll have to wait and see how everything pans out on this week’s episode of Watchmen.
