Marsai Martin
When Little came out, the star of the movie was none other than Marsai Martin. And while some reviewers may not have loved the film, there is a lot to be said for a film that was actually executive produced by a teenager. In fact, Martin is officially the youngest executive producer to ever work on a major Hollywood film.
If that was not impressive enough, the Black-ish star is also an outspoken proponent of people following their passions and believing in one’s self. And she even has her own production company, which is amazing for someone her age.
In fact, it feels like 2019 might be Marsai Martin‘s year, considering how much she is doing: from her role on Black-ish, to her starring moment in Little, and even her upcoming project, StepMonster, which her production company is working on.
At this point, it feels like Martin is showing the world that you’re never too young to get ahead in your career, and that even teenagers can make big moves. With all of the work that she is doing, it makes sense that she is one of our inspirational women. And the fact that she is all about inspiring other people to be confident in themselves is an added bonus that proves that she is here to change the world in the best ways possible.
