Polka dot minidress

When it comes to finding cute dresses for a night on the town or grabbing drinks, sometimes a minidress is the answer. This is especially true when the print to the dress is something as simple as polka dots.

While attending the Creed II premiere in New York, Tessa Thompson rocked a stunning green polka dot minidress that featured a high neckline and gauzy long sleeves. The overall look was one of flirty fun, all tied together with silver platform heels.

Although this dress is not easy for us to pick up, that doesn’t mean we can’t find dresses similar to this one that feel inspired by the look.

Up first, I went with a black and white polka dot dress featuring a higher neckline and longer sleeves. This dress has the same whimsical feel as the one Thompson is wearing, even as it is perfect for more casual outings and brunches. At $51, this dress from ASOS Design is budget-friendly and perfect for dressing up or down.

Or, if you want to go for a fun green dress that is reminiscent of what the actress wore, there is also that option thanks to another option from ASOS Design that comes in a minty green with black polka dots. The pep hem gives it the same feel as Thompson’s, while the $28 price tag makes it good for your budget.
