Lena Headey – Cersei Lannister
Lena Headey has a few dark characters in her future, which would come as no surprise since she’s so good at being the bad guy. After all, Cersei is right up there with the worst villains in Game of Thrones. But one of her first movies fresh off of Game of Thrones will be more focused on a global concern. Headey will star in The Flood alongside Game of Thrones‘ Iain Glen and will play a British immigration officer who struggles with the fate of an asylum seeker. Headey hopes the film will bring attention to unethical immigration practices.
Headey will also star in Gunpowder Milkshake, which is not a really cool drink but a story about a mom/daughter assassin team featuring the talented Michelle Yeoh and Karen Gillian. Finally, Headey is also set to star in Crooks, which is about a 1968 Las Vegas casino robbery that goes awry.

Peter Dinklage – Tyrion Lannister
Peter Dinklage is best known for taking part in an array of movie genres that range from comedy to drama. But his first few works after Game of Thrones will actually involve lending his voice to the animated movies Angry Birds 2 and The Croods.
Dinklage will also get to ditch Westeros for the Wild West. He will star in The Wild Bunch, a movie about American bandits avoiding bounty hunters in the west. Dinklage will then play a bounty hunter in the adaptation of Joe Lansdale’s crime thriller The Thicket.
Dinklage is also in a movie still in production titled The Dwarf. Dinklage will play a man that earns the trust of a prince in medieval Italy, only to later manipulate him.

The actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau has been making his rounds in Danish movies and has quite a few coming out soon. Coster-Waldau will star with Game of Thrones‘ Melisandre, Carice van Houten, in Domino this year. He is also set to star in Suicide Tourist, which is about an insurance investigator whose case leads him to a hotel for suicides.

Gwendoline Christie – Brienne of Tarth
Gwendoline Christie will go from playing an honorable knight on Game of Thrones to being a bully in The Personal History of David Copperfield. As Jane Murdstone, she will be the wicked stepsister that makes Copperfield’s life a living misery in the Charles Dickens’ classic. Christie has also been added to the cast of The Friend based on the real life of Nicole and Matthew Teague.
