16. Poison Ivy

Batman and Robin may have been a critical disaster when it was released (who are we kidding, it’s still not the greatest), but the fact is that it gives us a version of Poison Ivy we would definitely not mind going on a date or two with. On the one hand, it would be a bit tricky to date Poison Ivy, especially when a single kiss can be considered deadly. Let’s not be too hasty and rule her out of the running for dateable villains.

There are actually a few reasons why we think Poison Ivy deserves a shot at love (and we don’t mean a dating show either). Not only is she a scientist with a love of nature, but she is also pretty seductive in her own right.

She has no problem putting herself out there and going for what she wants. The fact that she is willing to dance with our heroes is certainly a plus, as it showed us that she would not have a problem hitting the town for a night out.

The biggest reason that Poison Ivy does not rank higher in our dateable villains list is the fact that she is quite deadly. A single kiss from her kills the man who doomed her to her fate (we don’t blame her, but still), and she doesn’t even give him a warning until it is too late. The last thing we would want is to accidentally forget that her lips are filled with venom and end up dying because of a kiss. Still, that doesn’t take her completely out of the running. It just means we have to be more careful with her and ourselves.
