10. The Joker

I will admit to being torn on how best to rank the Joker. On the one hand he is a psychopath who turned his therapist into a female version of himself. On the other hand, there are some genuine moments where it is clear that he really does care for Harley Quinn.

The thing that makes the Joker lower on the dateable list is the fact that he has no problem saving his own skin over that of his partner, which is certainly not the kind of quality we want in a man. However, there were still things that he does during Suicide Squad that make us think he has dating potential (he really is a mixed bag).

Perhaps the biggest thing that the Joker does to make him a potential date is actually doing everything in his power to get Harley away from the prison and her guards. Not only does he try to “rescue” her while she is on the hunt for the Enchantress, but he even breaks through the walls of the prison to get her out. It feels like he is truly committed to her, even when he is still all about himself.

Another thing that makes him dateable is the fact that he has no problem with getting (and we aren’t even talking about how he gets things) gifts for Harley. And while they may not be the kind of gifts we would necessarily want, who knows if he would tailor his gift giving to whoever it is he is with.

The fact is that the Joker does try to do things for his lady-love, but at the same time, he is still going to be looking out for himself first. This means that he is not a sure bet, but he has potential.
