Met Gala 2019: 16 of the campiest looks of the night

On the pink carpet of the Met Gala, there was another Riverdale sighting that we could not resist. This time, however, it was all about the show’s power couple (both on and off the set), Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart.

Here was a celebrity duo that made the theme their own. While their looks don’t naturally blend together, that actually works in their favor, as it adds to the overall picture that they made.

For Cole Sprouse it was all about flower power with his red dress pants and vest covered in multicolored floral pops, as well as his pink dress shirt which also had the same flowers. (Of course, the fact that Sprouse is wearing his hair in a style that reminds us of the original Archie comics is definitely an added bonus for us.)

And then there was Lili Reinhart, who rocked a blue puffy confection with a long train. Plus, we have to give the actress a lot of credit because her hair helped bring the look all together to give it the true edge of camp we expected.

Together these two gave us individual looks that when they came together seemed like the perfect fit for this year’s theme.
