Red carpet looks don’t necessarily require a dress and Dakota Hood made that clear with her black pantsuit. The pantsuit, which is a cross between a jumper and frilly suit features a strapless top area and large, exaggerated ruffles down the pant legs. (And since pantsuit/jumpers are popular this year, this look really popped for us.)

With shimmery details on the ruffles, at the waist, and along the neckline, this look combines fierceness with elegance. And the fact that Hood chose to keep things simple with her shoes and accessories makes the pantsuit stand out all on its own. Dakota Hood makes this entire outfit look good and I admit to being jealous of just how amazing this pantsuit is because there is no way I could pull this off.
