Something is going down at Sattler’s Quarry

There are a lot of theories all packed into this one, whether it goes around Mike and Eleven or the fact that одиннадцать can be seen (which is Russian for eleven) in the teaser, this theory focuses on Hawkins, Indiana going west.

Whether that means west of Hawkins or west in the world, there is something happening because part of the teaser says “When blue and yellow meet in the west.” So, what is west of Hawkins, Indiana? Sattler’s Quarry, where Mike almost lost his life in season 1.

The Quarry isn’t new to our favorite characters; they have often found themselves there either to just mess around with each other or because that’s where their search for Will had led them. With news that they will meet in the west, does this mean that the Quarry has answers for Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin, and Eleven?

Or is the theory that they’re going to be dealing with a Russian force be more accurate? We are at a part of history when the Cold War was over, but the fear still remaining for those who had lived through it. Maybe the Russian that is featured in the teaser is giving us a glimpse into who can be behind all of this.

Is it going to be Russia or the Quarry or neither? We’ll have to wait and see!
