Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is the main eatery inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. If you’ve passed by the construction site recently and seen the building with the ship on top of it, that’s Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Much like Satu’lu Canteen inside Pandora: The World of Avatar, the meals are all familiar things with a creative twist. The fast-casual restaurant will allow guests to try a variety of sweet and savory meals, with meatless and vegan options.

One of the signature dishes at Docking Bay 7 is the Ithorian Garden Loaf, which is a vegan meatloaf served with roasted vegetable mash, seasonal vegetables, and a mushroom sauce. If you’re looking for something else that’s familiar but done in a more interesting way, get the Fried Endorian Tip-Yip. This fried chicken dish is served with roasted vegetable mash and a green-herb gravy.

Everything inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge works together in one cohesive story, and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is no different. The chef who worked here is Strono Tuggs, also known as Cookie, who used to work at Maz Kanata’s Takodana castle. You might also know Cookie from a short story in Tales from a Galaxy Far, Far Away: Aliens: Volume I.

Visitors to the restaurant can also enjoy select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Phattro, which Star Wars fans might know from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, is served along with Moof Juice. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is the first time Disneyland is serving alcohol to guests inside the park, unless you’ve been invited into the elusive Club 33.
