This Avengers: Endgame promo recapping the MCU will make you emotional
The newest Avengers: Endgame promo takes us down memory lane through the last decade of the MCU. We’re not crying, you are.
Marvel’s newest Avengers: Endgame promo is making us relive the emotional, decade-long journey through the MCU. It feels like Marvel Studios is really trying its best to make us cry before Avengers: Endgame officially premieres. And, clearly, the Marvel execs are just looking out for us so we can vent all our feelings before we see those inevitably sad moments in the upcoming film.
See, Marvel’s marketing department is looking out for us during all of our late-night sob sessions as we binge through the good, bad, and more devastating moment in MCU history. And amplifying the stakes at hand is this Marvel Studios promo that recaps the last 21 films in its universe.
The clip reminds us just how far the original heroes have come since their debut in the MCU. Plus, it even gives us a remorseful reminder of the dusted heroes.
Avengers: Endgame is just days away, and the new nostalgia-riddled clip reminds us of how Stephen Strange, the Guardians, Thor, Steve Rogers, Scott Lang, Peter Parker, T’Challa, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and numerous other heroes became heroes. The transitions between the snappening survivors and victims are enough of a reason to convince us to rewatch the entire MCU filmology yet again.
However, the promo also reminds us how worried we are for the remaining heroes as they get ready to face off against Thanos again in Endgame.
We hope that Avengers: Endgame doesn’t add any more causalities to Thanos’ running hitlist, but we have to be realistic. This tearful teaser only gives us more tragic fan theories to add to our growing list of hypotheses. After all, we’re in Endgame crunch-time, and we still have a lot of conflicting theories after all of this.
As this new Avengers: Endgame promo reminds us how much we love all the MCU heroes, as well as all the reasons we resonate with them, these last few days before the film premieres are going to be especially rough. It’s the ambiguity that’s killing us.
However, we hope Thanos doesn’t kill any more of our favorite heroes before they have a chance to avenge and resurrect their fallen friends and family.
