We don’t have that many episodes left of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and now, Rebecca is trying to still figure herself out. This time, it’s about her frenemy. As we know, Rebecca used to have Valencia to balance out her friends.

But then, the two became closer, growing as friends and, ever since, Rebecca hasn’t had a new frenemy to fill the slot since. Does she really need a frenemy? (Well, that’s probably Rebecca herself.) The reason she may feel the need to do this is Rebecca tends to put people into specific boxes.

Whether or not she actually needs these people in her life, Rebecca just continues to put them there and thinks that that is what her life is meant to be. Maybe now, with the discovery of her feelings for both Greg and Nathaniel, Rebecca can start to see that everyone doesn’t have to fit in a box.

It is Rebecca though and it’ll probably take some grand gesture for her to realize that she is just as worthy as everyone else around her and she can also just be happy. Even if she thinks that she has to have a complete set of friends and family.
