The Seasoned Life by Ayesha Curry

The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith, and the Joy of Eating Well is a cookbook written by the talented Ayesha Curry, who is best known for her work on Food Network with her show, Ayesha’s Home Kitchen. Since then, she has hosted The Great American Baking Show, started a California Bay Area pop-up restaurant with Celeb Chef Michael Mina, and is a face for Covergirl. So, this girl is doing a lot.

In this cookbook, Curry gives recipes for 100 of her very favorite recipes. She focuses on balanced meals that are easy and fast, since she knows what having a busy schedule is like and cooking for a family, as she’s a mom of two girls. Some of the most popular recipes include her pesto pasta, her ahi tuna dish, her famous game-day chili, her mandarin orange salad, and her fall-off-the-bone BBQ ribs.

The cookbook may seem to be geared towards nutrition and healthy eating (which we absolutely love), but don’t worry. Curry definitely still has a sweet-tooth and shares some yummy dessert recipes with her readers as well. Readers seemed to have enjoyed her chewy chocolate chip cookie recipes that are perfect to bring to parties or have as a little treat at home after a long day!

Stephen Curry is definitely lucky to have a cook like this for a wife!
