Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s season 2 pictures reveal a unique love triangle

In one of our first looks at season 2 of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, it seems like there may be a bit of a love triangle on our hands.

When it comes to weird and fascinating situations, we have to admit that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina certainly has us covered. From a church setting for a coven of dark witches to the Dark Lord doing everything in his power to get his hands on Sabrina Spellman, CAOS has given us quite the interesting storylines and characters.

And now it looks like season 2 of the Netflix series is going to give us something else entirely – a love triangle (or a square, depending on how you see things). In a tweet from the show, they shared three pictures featuring Sabrina. In each picture, she is with someone (or something) different. Not only do we see her with Harvey as they look ready to kiss, but then there is the picture of her with Nick getting cozy. For the third part of this triangle, there is the Dark Lord.

While you may wonder how having a picture of the Dark Lord standing behind Sabrina makes us think of a love triangle, it actually has more to do with the caption of the tweet than anything else. CAOS captioned the tweet with, “break up with your boyfriends. the dark lord has other plans.” (We love that the series used an Ariana Grande song to have some fun with here.)

Although season one of CAOS ended with Harvey and Sabrina being broken up, the newest picture from the show seems to indicate that there may be hope after all for this couple. And we are totally here for it, as Harvey really is a good guy and deserves to be happy. In fact, we almost can’t imagine these two not being together.

And then there is Nick. Nick is our resident bad boy, and just like Sabrina, he just so happens to be a witch.

The thing about Nick is that he has no problem helping our girl out when she needs him, even if that means watching out for Harvey. On top of that, we like that he knows what she is going through with the coven, which is something that Harvey really doesn’t and can’t understand.

Honestly, Nick might be a bad boy, but he seems like a good guy in general and we can’t be mad at Sabrina for her interest. It is honestly one of those storylines we think could be really interesting to explore, especially with both of them being magically inclined.

Finally, we have the Dark Lord. And while I wouldn’t recommend choosing him as a romantic interest for Sabrina, he may not give her many choices. The fact that the Dark Lord is so determined to get his hands on Sabrina is cause for concern, at least for her.

The fact that it seems like a romantic relationship is what the Dark Lord is after certainly has us shaking our heads, but at the same time it makes us wonder why exactly he wants or needs Sabrina. Basically we are intrigued by all of this, and definitely here for this rather unusual love triangle.

With three very different options for Sabrina to choose from, it feels like things are about to get very interesting in Greendale. And while team Harvey might be leading the pack right now, there is definitely something to be said for bad boy Nick as well. CAOS is giving us a lot of romantic options to potentially root for it should be interesting to see how each story plays out.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is set to begin streaming on Netflix its second season on April 5. Will you be watching?
