Chilling Adventures of Sabrina begins search for its Dark Lord
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is looking for someone to play Satan, and we can’t wait to see who they choose to play The Dark Lord.
Fans of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina have a lot to look forward to. The winter special, “A Midwinter’s Tale,” will be released on Netflix on December 14. So, less than a couple months after the release of the first season, fans will be getting new content which doesn’t always happen with Netflix shows.
You can see the trailer for the special below, and it promises to be a creepy midwinter story that is a much-needed reprieve from your typical holiday special.
And, on top of that, the second season of ChillIng Adventures of Sabrina has already been announced. The second part of Sabrina’s story comes out in April which really isn’t that far away when you think about it.
The trailer for part 2 makes it seem like it will be even darker than the first season. We see that Sabrina is going full-on witchy now, and we can’t wait to see her figure out her powers and grow even stronger.
And, according to That Hashtag Show, the show is going to introduce the devil himself, not just as an entity but as a character that we see in the flesh. Lucifer Morningstar is his name, and what a name that is, and we’ll see his terrifying debut in part 2. The devilish news comes via CAOS‘ casting call for the role, and so far we have very little to go off of.
According to the casting call, the production team for the Netflix show is seeking a man who is between 20-40 of any ethnicity. While we have seen Satan in the form of a goat and the form of a demon, we have yet to see him appear in his human form.
We’re sure The Dark Lord will have a bigger part in season 2 than he did in part 1 as far as Sabrina’s life is concerned. Plus with Lucifer known for being attractive and ageless, we can’t wait to see the spin that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina takes on such an iconic character.
