Whiskey Cavalier is the newest drama to head to ABC, starring Scandal‘s Scott Foley and The Walking Dead‘s Lauren Cohan.

Fans of Scandal may get a kick of out Foley’s role in this series, as it comes off a bit similar to his role as Jake Ballard. As for Lauren Cohan, this is a complete 180 from her role as Maggie Rhee on The Walking Dead — looks like she’s swapped out post-apocalyptic battles with walkers to high-action fights with criminals.

"Following an emotional breakup, Will Chase (codename: “Whiskey Cavalier”), is assigned to work with badass CIA operative Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge (codename: “Fiery Tribune”). Together, they lead an inter-agency team of flawed, funny and heroic spies who periodically save the world—and each other—while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and office politics."

a National Security Agency analyst (Tyler James Williams) who stole classified intelligence, Chase comes head to head with Trowbridge (Cohan) — also after the NSA analyst. There’s plenty of fighting, crazy action scenes, and sexual tension, and soon enough, these two will team up.
