The Walking Dead season 9 episode 11 live stream: Watch online
Alpha is officially here in a non-flashback-induced scene of The Walking Dead. She has a seemingly simple deal for Hilltop, but we have a feeling the Hilltop survivors aren’t going to agree to the Whisperers’ conditions.
We’re starting a Hilltop protection group because our favorite survivors are going to need an excessive amount of help after their first visit with Alpha. It isn’t because we don’t trust Hilltop’s aptitude to defend themselves, we just don’t trust the Whisperers at all. As Alpha barters with the protagonists on The Walking Dead, we know the impending Whisperer War is going to cause some unhealthy conflict within Hilltop.
With Hilltop’s latest difficult decision regarding Lydia, we anticipate some violence on tonight’s episode. Though the Whisperers love disorder, the inevitable conflict won’t exclusively be between the Whisperers and Hilltop. There’s bound to be some confrontation among the Hilltop group, especially since there are still members of the society who are probably being held hostage by Alpha’s group.
We aren’t suggesting an internal group of Hilltoppers is going to form a rebellion to give up Lydia to Alpha, but we sense a coup coming on to save any potential Hilltop hostages. However, we’ll likely see any secret rescue missions in a concluding cliffhanger because the main plot of episode 11 focuses on the Kingdom.

According to AMC’s synopsis for tonight’s episode, “Bounty”, a routine supply run could be more dangerous than any divergent opinions within the group:
"The savage group leg by Alpha confronts the Hilltop in a harrowing attempt to retrieve her daughter. A supply run for the Kingdom turns into a dangerous quest."
“Bounty” will follow the concluding conflict from last week’s episode, but some new danger at the Kingdom will intertwine the Whisperers drama into the surrounding communities. In a world of walkers, the vague danger in the Kingdom’s less-than-routine errand run could just be a zombie horde. However, given the Whisperers’ knack for herding walkers, any walker attack is open to some skepticism.
Redirecting the central narrative to the Kingdom could show how overwhelming the Whisperer non-community is, as well as the broad scope of their abilities. It can also use the narrative to introduce an unexpected Whisperer-related character. Nevertheless, we can expect a Whisperer-focused plot this week, even if it might appear like a zombie-riddled theme on the surface level. After all, the walker imposters taught us to distrust everything in the apocalypse, including zombies.
