People are mysteriously disappearing on the Colossus, and it’s not because they decided to just up and leave. Here’s how to watch the next all new episode of Star Wars Resistance.

Things on the Colossus have been getting worse, thanks to the First Order. Thinking back to “The New Trooper,” Commander Pyre meant what he said. People who comply and let the First Order carry out their business without issue will be considered sympathizers. People who resist and make things difficult will be dealt with. As a result, people have been disappearing throughout the station and others are starting to notice.

Kaz is obviously very aware of the situation, but he’s just one person. What can he do against a strong First Order presence on the platform? He’s lucky he hasn’t disappeared with the others already, but he still plans to do something about it.

According to the official synopsis of “The Disappeared”:

"Kaz and Torra investigate the disappearance of a friend and plan to free them from the First Order."

We are genuinely excited Torra is back and involved in this storyline. She’s one of our favorite characters, and she’s probably the only one besides Yeager who knows what Kaz is really up to. The last time we saw her, she was being kidnapped by the pirates in “The Doza Dilemma,” so this is her chance to be more involved in Kaz’s investigations.

As for where the disappeared people go, we don’t exactly know. Back in “The First Order Occupation,” the stormtroopers took into custody one of the characters who made a frequent appearance in the background. We imagine they’re taken to the First Order command shuttle, but what happens to them after that is unknown.

Back when the Empire was around, they used to enslave people and force them into hard labor. They mainly targeted non-humans, like the Wookiees in the pilot episode of Star Wars Rebels. Is the First Order doing the same thing? Shipping the prisoners off to some desolate location and forcing them to work in unsafe conditions? Or, like the people on Tehar, is the First Order eradicating them for absolutely no reason?

If Torra and Kaz are successful in finding the disappeared, then they would have saved these people from a horrible fate. The thing is the First Order is bound to notice people who have escaped. Will Kaz or Torra have a plan to keep these people safe and out of the hands of the First Order again? Here’s hoping they have a plan in place. Otherwise, their freedom isn’t going to last long.
