Pond’s is one of those drugstore brands that I think is a must-have in any beauty-lovers cabinet, especially if you are a newbie to having a skin care routine. The thing that makes this brand a beauty must have is the fact that the company works hard to give us all quality products that don’t take up a lot of our time. And many of their products pull double duty in some way.

What I love about the Pond’s Cold Cream Cleanser is that while it is a skin cleaner and makeup remover, it is also a moisturizer (talk about double duty). Even as you clean your skin, you are restoring moisture to your face and helping to make the skin smooth and soft. And I love the way they describe how this cleans off your makeup, as they say it dissolves the makeup rather than scrubbing it away.

This cleanser is good for normal skin types, although it is still safe for sensitive skin as well, and it has no scent. And of course, it is also easy to use, which we love.

All you need to do is apply this to your face, then using a damp cloth wipe away the cream, as well as the makeup, dirt, and grime. And if you want, you can also rinse your skin afterwards, although it is a matter of preference. I tend to wipe away and then do a single rinse, as I prefer to get every trace of the cleanser off of my skin.
