This Kit Kat inspired eye shadow palette looks good enough to eat

Anything can be an inspiration, especially in the world of beauty. And Kit Kat bars are no exception as one company has released eye shadow palettes inspired by the beloved candy.

Chocolate has been an inspiration for makeup in the past, with companies like Too Faced even going so far as to have chocolate scented palettes. And now one beauty company, Etude House, as taken this love even further with their new Kit Kat inspired eye shadow palettes.

Etude and Kit Kat are in a partnership that allows the makeup brand the opportunity to not only craft stunning shadows inspired by the chocolate bar, but they can even make the packaging look like you were buying the actual thing. And that’s not all, as each palette will come with a Kit Kat in the flavor that inspired the shadows, as well as a pouch in the same theme.

There are currently two flavor options available, Original and Strawberry Tiramisu. The Original palette, which is clearly inspired by the milk chocolate variety of the bar, features neutral shadows and nudes, while the Strawberry palette includes shades of pink and peach, along with neutrals.

And with shadows that look shimmery and velvety, we think both palettes could be an excellent addition to any makeup lover’s collection.

Plus, not only do these palettes look good enough to eat, but you actually get a Kit Kat to eat with it, so it really is a win-win. We don’t recommend licking the actual palette though, even if we might be tempted by how yummy it looks.

As of now, there is no mention if this is a limited edition run or if Etude House plans to keep these palettes around for a while. Either way, we think this is the perfect time to indulge in a bit of chocolate, and considering this confection is for your eyes, it won’t even go to your hips. At just $24 each, you can get both without feeling too guilty!

Over on Etude House’s website, you can actually find a wide variety of inspired collections. So if the Kit Kat route is not your thing, there are plenty of other fun and flirty options to choose from. In fact, they recently launched a Piglet collection that is not only cute, but also features some stunning colors as well!

I don’t know about you, but I think I may have just found my new favorite beauty brand. And the fact that I can share my love of Kit Kats through makeup is just a sweet bonus.
