We can surmise from this week’s episode title, “Bizzarodale,” that we might get a little fantasy mixed in with our pulp this week.

And from the looks of it, there’s quite a bit of steam on the side.

Hermione demands Veronica pay back the money they were to get from the drugs V burned, and of course Veronica has to enlist her new yes-man to help in the heist. Poor Reggie doesn’t even know what he’s getting himself into.

In addition to everyone’s fretful and furrowed expressions, they also get letters from an (as yet unrevealed source) demanding they finish the Gryphons and Gargoyles game of the past. Whether or not this is an opportunity for resolution to the Gargoyle King’s storyline remains to be seen. But it definitely looks like a chance to revisit the horror-lite genre in which they’ve been dabbling.

FP is still sheriff, for now, but his double-cross of the Boss Lady Lodge (Hermione, not Veronica) planted some seeds that may sprout flowers, if we’re lucky. Presumably, Hiram is still laid up in the hospital with his gunshot wound, so he’s down for the count. But what about his mistress, Kelly Ripa? (Obviously not her name on the show, but can we really call her anything else?)

No word yet on whether Archie is still doing his worst, but I”m sure he’ll screw things up in own way sooner or later. Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch it all unfold.
