When it comes to feeling luxurious and pampered, nothing says that more than gold. And when a face mask features gold, I have to try it. As an avid fan of Avon products, I was excited when they came out with their Anew Ultimate Gold Peel-Off Mask, and luckily I was right to be excited.

This peel-off mask is designed to make your skin look bright, while also giving you back the radiance of youth. What I love is the fact that I get to wear a mask of gold, and when I take it off my skin seems to have a glow about it.

Among the benefits of this mask are the fact that it helps with skin imperfections, reduces age spots (or so my mother tells me), leaves the skin hydrated, and even gives the skin a look of tightness that we tend to lose as we get older. Between my mother and I using this product, we tend to see slightly different results. But overall, we are both quite happy with the fact that our skin looks radiant and feels more moisturized.

You will only want to use a thin layer of product when applying this mask, and you leave it on until it has completely dried. Once it is dry, you peel off and use warm water to rinse the face. There have been a few times I have struggled with the peel, but that happens often with masks and me, but I find that it is still just as effective if I rinse it off over peeling.

While the recommendation for this mask is one to two times every week, I only use it once every two weeks. It still gives me all the great benefits, and I get to be golden for a little while.
