Star Wars Resistance season 1 episode 12 live stream: Watch online

Star Wars Resistance is back from its mid-season break, and the first thing Kaz and company have to deal with isn’t the First Order or the pirates. Instead, it’s a sea creature, and it’s not in a happy mood.

Last time we saw Kaz, he flew off in the Fireball to meet up with Poe and General Organa. From there, Poe roped him into a dangerous mission that nearly cost them their lives. They did, however, come away with vital information. It turns out the First Order is producing a considerable number of weapons.

The final episode of 2018 left things on an ominous note, but it looks like Star Wars Resistance is kicking off the new year with a more lighthearted storyline involving one of our favorite mechanics, Neeku. He’s such an interesting and kooky character. We have no doubt he’ll be exceptionally funny and literal in this upcoming episode, “Bibo.”

According to the official synopsis:

"Neeku adopts a strange sea creature and gets way more than he bargained for when it brings chaos to the platform."

On his own, Neeku can be a lot to handle, but Neeku adopting a strange yet adorable sea creature sounds like it will be even more difficult to handle. We can’t help but think Kaz and the others are going to suffer major headaches through this episode because chances are that adorable sea creature has a parent out there and they’ll do anything to get it back.

Catch a glimpse of the second half of the first season with this mid-season trailer:

In addition to the new episode premiering this weekend, there’s also a mid-season trailer and a season 2 renewal. That means Kaz and the gang aren’t going anywhere, which is fine with us because we’ve grown to love this group of characters as well as the setting and captivating storylines over the past half year.

There’s a lot to unpack from this trailer, but we pretty much get the gist. The First Order establishes a presence on the Colossus, and the residents aren’t happy about it. We also get a clearer idea of where this second half of the season sits on the Star Wars timeline, and it’s much closer to Star Wars: The Force Awakens than we originally thought.

Things will no doubt pick up in intensity from here on out, so we wonder what kind of damage this sea creature will bring upon the Colossus? The last thing this station needs is a beating, especially if it’s going to stand up against First Order forces in the near future.

It would also be interesting to find out if Neeku’s quirkiness ends up earning them a new and massive friend. After all, he’s the one who introduced Kaz to the Chelidae in “The Children from Tehar,” so he’s known for making friends with unusual and fascinating people. Why not add a sea creature to the list? It could come in handy one day.
