Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 6 episode 1 live stream: Watch online

We thought we may never get to see Brooklyn Nine-Nine again but luckily, NBC saved the Mike Schur show and now we get season 6 on the new station!

If you’re like me, you know that it never made sense that Brooklyn Nine-Nine was on FOX. Typically, the show’s creator, Mike Schur, had his shows on NBC, a station that let him freely explore his characters in a way that it seemed like FOX did not.

Now, Brooklyn Nine-Nine is finally home where it belongs and that means we are getting an all-new season on NBC! The last we saw of our favorite detectives, Jake and Amy were getting married and the entire 99 was celebrating.

So where does that leave us with our favorites? From what we know of season 6 so far, Jake and Amy are on their honeymoon when an unexpected guest throws a wrench in their plans. At the 99, Gina and Charles are fighting and Terry is trying to live up to his nickname of “Top Dog Terry.” So, you know, just your average day at the 99.

To help promote the show, our favorites from the precinct banded together to make a recruitment trailer to get people excited to want to join the force. And, of course, it gave Jake Peralta his Die Hard moment.

Are we going to see more outlandish plots and still get our Halloween heist? Or is this going to be a different kind of show on NBC? Some things absolutely worked great while the show was on FOX, and we don’t want to see all that change now that it is switching to NBC.

We’ll have to see once it premieres on the network, but one thing is great about this entire thing: We have Brooklyn Nine-Nine back, and that’s all we really need!
