The Big Bang Theory returns this week with an idea that we all know doesn’t sound too wise from the start — Penny and Leonard want to get the gang together to play paintball. Leonard jokingly tells his friends in a preview that paintball essentially combines his love of whimsy with her love of making grown men cry. Seems legit, Penny.

Now what will make this episode interesting — aside from seeing any of our beloved nerds out on the playing field — is that Sheldon apparently gets jealous of Amy. If this is due to her being a boss at paintball, we’re all in. Granted, it may more so have to do with her upcoming interviews as previewed in one of the show’s promo vids for this week.

"Penny and Leonard organize a paintball game, which results in mayhem when Sheldon becomes jealous of Amy; Koothrappali catches Anu with her ex-boyfriend; Stuart doesn’t want to move in with Denise."

Amy and Sheldon aren’t the only couple having issues this episode though. Per the synopsis above, it looks like Koothrappali may be jealous over spotting his fiance with her ex-boyfriend. Stuart is also dealing with some trouble in paradise, as he’s unsure of moving in with his girl Denise.

Overall, it looks like several relationships will have these issues come to a head during an amped up game of paintball. All we can say is wear extra padding boys…
