Whether it is trying to find a pumpkin, getting any candy at all, or just spending the Christmas season together, he ends up being with his friends and reminding us the importance of the holiday! The thing about the Peanuts is that many of us grew up watching their specials.

Is it really Christmas if we’re not watching Charlie Brown try to save Christmas? Charlie is depressed, despite it being the season of cheer, so Lucy and his friends suggest they do a Christmas play to lift Charlie’s spirits. The problem is that setting it up and getting ready isn’t exactly making Charlie feel any better.

As is usually the case with Peanuts adventures, the Christmas special reminds us of the importance of our friends and family during the holidays. Lucy and all the Peanuts seethat Charlie Brown was feeling down and took it upon themselves to make sure to lift each other up.
