Maggie Marilyn white tuxedo dress
On her second day in New Zealand, the Duchess of Sussex once more showed off her long legs in an all-white, double-breasted mini dress by Maggie Marilyn. And for those of us who follow Meghan Markle’s fashion choices, the dress is very similar to one she wore earlier this year on a theater outing with Prince Harry (although that dress was an all-black tuxedo dress for a showing of Hamilton).
Once again, the duchess was rocking her navy Manolo Blahnik heels, which gave the all-white look the pop of color it needed. Although we admit that we love how simple this look really is, and not only that but it is actually rather affordable. In fact, it is estimated that this custom-made dress cost just $670, which we can definitely appreciate (and makes us want one for ourselves).
And we just have to point out that this tuxedo dress even has pockets, which makes any dress a winner. Because really, pockets in a dress are what make it that much cuter and more fashion-forward in our book, and clearly more dresses need to have pockets. We really hope seeing Meghan Markle rocking dresses with pockets will inspire designers to make that a thing we see more often.
