Tim Allen in The Santa Clause is a staple in our holiday movie watching and we have where you can see it this December to get you in the Christmas spirit!

Do you remember the first time you got to watch Tim Allen in The Santa Clause? It was a wonderfully original movie that had us all wishing our dad could accidentally become Santa one night!

A staple of the holiday season, this is one movie that always reminds many of us of growing up and getting excited about spending the season with family and friends. The Santa Clause focuses on Scott and Charlie, a father and son who have an estranged relationship because of Scott’s job.

When they are faced with a Santa Claus who falls from the roof, Scott then has to accept the mantle of Santa, much to the delight of his son, Charlie … and the denial of Scott. Which, yeah, of course Charlie would be excited! Who wouldn’t want their dad to be Santa?

The movie went on to spawn two more films and remains one of those holiday movies that we continue to go back to every Christmas season to relive the magic of the North Pole and what happens to Scott as he tries to better his relationship with Charlie and figure out what being Santa Claus means to him.

(And if you have the chance to be Santa Claus, definitely be Santa Claus.)
