Meanwhile, Veronica is participating in her very own age-inappropriate shenanigans as she participates in a “high stakes blackjack game.” She does own her own speakeasy after all, so of course she should be a crack card player at the tender age of 17.

Betty, as you can see, isn’t faring so well at the Sisters of Quiet Mercy. Seizures are still plaguing the young folks of Riverdale, and nobody has thought to call a doctor — not even once. Maybe the Sisters can just pray it away like they tried to do with Cheryl’s sexuality.

Speaking of Cheryl… I swear, if Riverdale doesn’t give her more than one scene this week, I’m going to organize a picket line. Don’t they know what an asset she is?
