The Charmed Ones still have the Harbinger of Hell trapped in tonight’s episode. Will they have the courage to vanquish it?

Whilst Mel, Maggie and Macy might want to focus on their social and love lives in tonight’s episode, their attention must be drawn elsewhere when they are joined by Charity, an Elder sent to help vanquish the Harbinger of Hell.

As well as the overwhelming responsibility and pressure of destroying the demon, which the girls still have trapped in their attic, the sisters might also feel conflicted by the Elder’s decision.

The synopsis from The CW for tonight’s episode, entitled “Exorcise Your Demons,” is below:

"While waiting for the Elders to arrive, the sisters’ patience is growing thin as they keep a watchful eye on their new charge. Once one of The Elders, Charity, appears, she gives specific instructions on how to handle the situation. Mel does not agree with the solution and enlists Maggie and Macy’s and even Harry’s help, but it means going against The Elders. Meanwhile, Macy, Mel and Maggie are all starting to realize that juggling their two worlds is becoming more difficult."

The summary, along with the preview of the episode below, suggests that the Charmed ones will disobey the Elders in an attempt to release the human soul, Angela, from the demon possessing her. Whether Angela is still alive, or whether attempting to save her will jeopardize the demon’s entrapment, is unknown and it’s going to be a risky decision for the girls. Nevertheless, the episode is set to be jam-packed with action as the sisters struggle with their own morals, as well as striving to balance their personal and witch life without losing their minds. With the life of a human in their hands, will any of the sisters break under all the pressure?

With the Harbinger of Hell chained up in the girls’ attic, it might not be long before one of their close friends or partners starts to suspect something. Is Mel, Maggie and Macy’s secret close to being uncovered already?
