Last week, EZ was given an impossible choice: his freedom or the woman he loves.

This week, it looks like things heat up between Emily and her biker boyfriend after Galindo’s men murdered more innocents during a peaceful celebration in the previous episode. Emily might finally be ready to turn on her husband but we’re still not sure if she’s one of the good guys.

Speaking of good guys, Angel is forced to bargain with a definite baddie, the ex-military man who murdered an entire family last week in order to run drugs across the border. The rebels need to offload their supply, and Angel and EZ need Galindo gone, but this last resort probably won’t end well for anyone.

FX’s official synopsis reads:

"A new deal requires a dangerous favor in Santa Madre."

As frustratingly vague as ever, but seeing as we’re nearly halfway through with the season, expect some loose ends to finally come together and the action to pick up.

Angel can’t keep his double-dealings secret for too much longer, Adelita has a sick baby on her hands and a price on her head, and Emily’s most certainly going to have to choose between Galindo and EZ at some point.
