Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson supposedly film Avengers 4 reshoots together

We now know Tessa Thompson is headed to Atlanta for Avengers 4 reshoots,  thanks to Chris spilling the beans on Instagram.

Chris Hemsworth may have given away a big spoiler for Avengers 4. And if his Instagram story has any indication, it seems like he might have gotten some kind of knockback from Marvel. Over the weekend, Hemsworth shared his trip from London to Atlanta and he wasn’t alone. Tessa Thompson accompanied her pal Thor, and it’s possible the two were gearing up for Avengers 4 reshoots.

Thompson and Hemsworth have been working together on the Men in Black spinoff and providing fans with behind-the-scenes sneak peeks at the movie on their social media accounts. But things only got a little suspicious when they both flew out to Atlanta.

It’s completely possible that Thompson could be returning to play Valkyrie — the problem is that her character was not a part of Avengers: Infinity War, and there’s been no official confirmation about her involvement in the movie.

Of course, Hemsworth is bound to be in Avengers 4 because Thor is still alive at the end of Infinity War. But as far as fans as we know, Tessa Thompson has not been officially confirmed to appear in Avengers 4. Some rumors (especially on Reddit) claim she finished filming for the movie last year.

In May, Tessa was supposedly seen with the likes of Chris Hemsworth and Mark on set for a movie. It could have been likely the group was filming for Thor: Ragnarok, but reports seem to point to it being for the Avengers.

Infinity War and Avengers 4 director Joe Russo did open up about Valkyrie’s fate, saying that she survived in Infinity War. But he did not want to reveal too much else — meaning, there’s more to the story than he’s letting on.

To cover things up, Hemsworth playfully said on his Instagram story that Thompson was filming reshoots for Creed as they headed back to do more filming for MIB. Based on his tone, it is clear that we weren’t really supposed to be aware of her involvement in the next movie.

As far as we know, Valkyrie’s somewhere in space with the rest of the Asgardians that escaped when Thanos came to destroy their ship. So maybe Valkyrie brings those Asgardians to Earth to help take down Thanos with the remaining Avengers. Or maybe Creed really needed reshoots.

Avengers: Infinity War is out on Blu-ray now. You can see your favorite characters try and stop Thanos, just know that Valkyrie isn’t there to help in the fight (yet).
