Characters from Coven are likely to be introduced in this week’s episode of American Horror Story: Apocalypse.

The second episode of American Horror Story: Apocalypse will be called “The Morning After” and we’re more than ready to see the witches from Coven join the cast of characters this week.

Since this season is just getting started, it remains to be seen how some of the characters we were promised to see will be woven into the plot. Last week’s episode threw us right into the apocalypse, and new characters who are surviving as best they can at Outpost Three. The ending of last week’s episode also introduced Michael Landon, our antichrist character.

While no synopsis is available yet, FX has released a teaser for the episode.

In this preview, we briefly see three of the witches from Coven. Cordelia Foxx, Madison Montgomery, and Myrtle Snow. This is an exciting turn of events and may start to unravel some mysteries (and probably introduce more) as both Madison and Myrtle were dead at the end of season 3.

We also briefly see the latex man from Murder House, and possibly Misty Day (played by Lily Rabe) from Coven. It looks like this next episode is going to introduce a lot more crossover content, and we are more than eager to see how it all plays out.

Fans have also pointed out that the episode titled could refer to the song “The Morning After” by Maureen McGovern. This is the second song that plays in Outpost Three in the last episode, and the refugees originally took this song to be a sign of hope and better things to come.

We kind of doubt that, as the last line of the preview has Kathy Bates’ character, Ms. Miriam, saying “Hail, Satan.” Things will be getting much worse before they get better.
