“Made For Now” was a bit late for the song of the summer competition, considering it was released mid-August, but it definitely found a place on our playlist for those last few weeks of warm weather. Like with Cardi’s “I Like It”, Janet Jackson enlisted some Latin talent to capture that perfect summer feeling.

Daddy Yankee brought his reggaeton fire to the tune and Janet’s trademark soft vocals are sweet as ever. The song will get you swaying your hips without noticing. If only Janet had gotten this one out a little earlier, it could’ve been a real contender against Cardi and Drake!
