Boy Meets World

We loved Boy Meets World so much that we got Girl Meets World, and yet we still miss the original show. Based on the life of Cory Matthews and his group of friends, this show taught us how to be friends and what to expect growing up.

There are so many moments throughout the series that stick out to us that it is hard to pinpoint a favorite. Whether it is Cory getting advice from Mr. Feeny or Shawn finally relating to his brother, Jack, Boy Meets World knew how to make us emotional.

So much so that when Girl Meets World became a show, we were disasters when Shawn Hunter returned to our lives. Did Girl Meets World help fill the hole that Boy Meets World left behind? For a little while, we at least were back in the lives of Cory and Topanga.

Now though, we are back to longing to have the Matthewses teaching us life lessons while Mr. Feeny gives us advice. Hopefully, we can have reruns in our lives. That or let’s just have another Boy Meets World reboot for another generation when Cory becomes a Mr. Feeny-like character to his grandchild.
