1993 – Jurassic Park

Name a movie more iconic than Jurassic Park. It is a perfect movie that is still terrifying even now. Jurassic Park changed the game in terms of technology in movies. The use of the robots as the dinosaurs terrorized not only audiences but the actors as well.

John Hammond wanted to create a world of dinosaurs that everyone could come and enjoy. But he didn’t want to create just the fun herbivores. So there is a T-Rex and Velociraptors. When an employee of Hammond tries to still some precious dino DNA, he ends up setting off a chain reaction of bad situations for everyone involved.

The way that Jurassic Park is set up, especially with the scene with the raptors in the kitchen, is meant to make us terrified of everything throughout the park. But much like Ellie and Alan, we were also amazed to see the dinosaurs before us.

Also, this movie has Jeff Goldblum looking really attractive and he has barely a shirt on throughout most the movie. Is there any other reason to want to see a movie? Jeff Goldblum should be enough of a draw but also Laura Dern is there with Sam Neill and really, it is pretty much a perfect movie.
