1985 – Back to the Future

In the hardest decision of all time, Back to the Future won for most popular movie of 1985. Why was it hard? Because The Goonies also came out in 1985. Right? Let that decision sink in as you try and figure out which movie is more important.

That being said, Back to the Future is still a favorite among people everywhere. The movie focuses on Doc Brown sending Marty McFly back in time to when his parents first started dating. Unfortunately, it puts Marty’s entire life at risk because his mother suddenly has the hots for “Calvin Klein” (aka Marty himself).

Then Marty has to make it his duty to get his parents back together before he vanishes from time altogether. Back to the Future is one of those movies that you can sit and watch over and over and you’d be excited to see it.

The film also had two other movies as part of the franchise and continued to tell the story of Doc Brown and Marty McFly’s friendship, a truly wild thing that no one ever questioned. Why did this old scientist and young kid hang out? Who knows but we were here for it and loved every second of their adventures together.
