Wade Wilson and Spencer’s

When it comes to Wade Wilson, he’s one of those characters who loves a good joke. He’ll always have some comment to make and nine times out of 10, it is inappropriate. So it isn’t very far off to say that Wade would shop at a Spencer’s.

Known for their insults and clothing that you wouldn’t wear to a children’s party, Spencer’s is a store for adults who can’t really be described as child-friendly. While Wade Wilson wants kids of his own, his demeanor just screams “I love going into Spencer’s and buying a shirt that has a joke about genitals”.

He also loves his musicals and so if Wade Wilson went into a Broadway store and bought a Spring Awakening t-shirt, that wouldn’t be too far off either. But his joy in shopping would definitely come from going into a Spencer’s, seeing something inappropriate, and buying multiples of it.

Perhaps Wade has the mentality of a high school teenager? Definitely. But that’s what makes him Deadpool. He’s crude, funny, and he doesn’t really care if he insults someone as long and he’s having fun and living his best life, especially if Vanessa is laughing along with him.
