Our two boys from New York were away from home this weekend as they took to the SDCC floor. Steve Rogers and Peter Parker are just two boys who grew up in Brooklyn and Queens, respectfully. So to see them side by side in a pretty great cosplay? Now that’s something to write home about.

There is always an abundance of Steve Rogers looks and Spider-Mans out on the floor. And for good reason, they’re some of our favorite characters. But there is something so pure about these two that had us wanting to see more pictures of them together.

Seeing Steve and Peter together in Captain America: Civil War reminded us that these two characters aren’t that different. They’re good people who just want to help the world and these two cosplayers brought those versions of our favorites to San Diego.

While tensions were high and fighting was brewing, Civil War had its moments of light-hearted fun and part of that was due to these two meeting and talking. Peter and Steve both have that good aspect of growing up in New York instilled in them and this image almost encapsulates that perfectly.
