Forrest Gump

Robin Wright, who plays Antiope in Wonder Woman, is one of those actresses that many of us has loved for years. If it wasn’t as Princess Buttercup in The Princess Bride, then it was definitely in Forrest Gump.

Jenny, the love of Forrest Gump’s life, is perhaps the most important character in the film. For the entire movie he is trying to get back to her, but he ends up going on wild journeys that result in meeting presidents, running across the United States, and joining the army.

Most everyone has seen Forrest Gump or at least heard one of the famous quotes from it. It was a star turn for Tom Hanks and everyone fell in love with this character. He is wonderful, fun, and inspirational.

Honestly, it is just one of those movies that should be shown to every child. It teaches us of compassion, determination, and love above all else. As Forrest says, “Life is like a box of chocolates,” and we never really know what we’re going to get in the end. So why not make sure you know you’re going to be a better person for having watched Forrest Gump?
