Look, when it comes to Game of Thrones, there are so many characters and plot twists that it is hard to keep up. And when someone is hot as Daario, are we even paying attention to what he is saying … or are we wishing he’s shirtless in every scene?

News flash: we’re wishing he would be shirtless. Daenerys Targaryen has quite the type. She says so herself. She likes her men as men who would be heroes. But then they have foolish errands that end up getting them killed or captured, and that’s their downfall.

Daario is no different, but the fact that we got to see lovely romantic scenes between him and Daenerys Targaryen did nothing to help us quench our thirst for him. He’s tall, dark, handsome, and clearly very strong from his years of training as a swordsman.

While serving his Khaleesi, Daario ends up falling in love with her, and thus the start of something that would send fangirl hearts a flutter was born. We love a man who can fight in battle and then be tender later on, and Daario definitely checks all those boxes.

Now Daenerys has since found herself another man, but we’d love to just see him shirtless a little longer.
