Talk about a fan favorite, Okoye came into our lives and we instantly demanded more. Luckily for us all, Marvel listened. Especially when they gave her a pretty awesome fight sequence alongside Black Widow and the Scarlet Witch in Avengers: Infinity War.

T’Challa’s best friend and best warrior, Okoye is a member of the Dora Milaje, the fierce women warriors of Wakanda. That being said, she is also an incredible woman who loves to make fun of the king and smile. She isn’t always this fierce fighter. She knows how to have fun and is one of the most interesting characters in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This artwork is incredible because it shows the simplicity of Okoye while still making her as fierce as can be. She’s a woman who loves to smile and have fun but also knows her duty in this world.

She’s a warrior first and foremost and will do whatever it takes to make sure Wakanda is safe. To capture both aspects of her character in such a simple way is amazing and shows just how much fans understand these characters.

Hopefully, we’ll see a lot more of her in the future movies because honestly, we all love Okoye.
