The most stylish cinematic lady crew strutted their way across the screen last week. We figured out how to get the haute Ocean’s 8 looks into your closet.

On June 8, more than 11 years after the final film of the Ocean’s trilogy was released, we got to indulge in a sparkly new sibling — literally. In Ocean’s 8, Sandra Bullock picked up where her brother Danny (George Clooney’s previous Ocean’s character) left off, by leading a star-studded all-female cast to carry out another huge heist. Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, and Awkwafina back Bullock in a plan to steal a Cartier necklace worth $150 million — right off of Anne Hathaway’s neck. To keep with the tradition of a splashy environment, it all went down at the annual Met Gala. The event’s chair and Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, even agreed to help reenact an actual First Monday in May.

The previous Ocean’s movies took place among the glitz and glam of Vegas. There’s a cool nostalgia in watching the Rat Pack, and tributes that the 21st-century movie stars (Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon) achieved, but Ocean’s 8 ushered in a shiny new glamour. Carrying out the heist at a fictional Met Gala not only brought haute looks, but also relevancy. This was prominently on display in the cameos by Wintour herself, Serena Williams, Gigi Hadid, Common, and members of a family whose last name starts with a K.

The fictional Met Gala theme of “European royalty” feels like déjà vu, as we just came off of not only the royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, but also the real-life Met Gala. They even had some cross-over guests.

Luckily the Ocean’s 8 theme lends itself to some pretty easily-accessible looks. More importantly, and not to get all serious, but we’re going to make an effort going forward to be as inclusive and ethical with our outfit choices. Seriously.

Before we begin, here’s a little reminder of the looks:

Now, let’s get to the ladies that stole more than just jewels, but also our fashion-loving hearts!
