Real life superhero Tom Holland helps a lost dog find his home

Tom Holland doesn’t need a suit to be a superhero! The Spider-Man actor showed off his heroic chops when he recently saved a lost dog.
Who doesn’t love Tom Holland? He’s hilarious, smart, and the perfect Spider-Man. As if we needed another reason to love Holland, he just rescued a lost dog!
A poor, lost pup was wandering the streets of Kingston alone. Luckily, Spider-Man was there to save the day! The real-life superhero posted a few Instagram Stories documenting his adventures. He and his friend were walking around Kingston when they came across the adorable chocolate Labrador.
(Thankfully, a few Holland fans captured the Insta story to share long after it disappears.)

“We found this dog who seems to have been stray for the last few days,” the Avengers: Infinity War actor says in the video. “If it’s your dog please let us know, we’re going to take him to the vet to make sure he’s all OK.”
Of course, with great power comes great responsibility. So Holland took his new furry friend to the vet, who had a great time sniffing dog food and hanging out with Spider-Man. They found out that the pup was microchipped, so they could contact his family! Who doesn’t love a happy ending?
“Update on Bruno,” Holland told his fans on his Instagram story. “We took him to the vet and he’s got a microchip… I guess they have the owners’ contact info so they’re going to find out where he lives and hopefully bring him home!”
Holland fans were quick to celebrate this adorable story, reminding us how Holland seems to be the perfect embodiment of Peter Parker.
The Instagram story ended with Holland giving his friend a high five after a job well done. If that’s not a hero, I don’t know what is!
Of course, one of the reasons we love Holland so much is because he’s a real dog lover. He has his own Pit Bull named Tessa, who he brought to the Spider-Man: Homecoming photo call and totally stole the show. Seriously, that pup is absolutely adorable and you can totally tell how much Holland loves her.
