Relative Success with Tabatha Coffey

The premise: Tabatha Coffey spends three weeks with family-owned businesses to help them sort through familial problems, all to get the business transitioned from one generation to the next. She has to get to the root of all their (often long-standing) drama to help their endeavors succeed.

Why you’ll love it: Tabatha is a big personality, and her no-nonsense approach to interpersonal dynamics makes it worth the watch. Her previous shows, Tabatha’s Salon Takeover and Tabatha Takes Over share this same brand of straight-talk. She might not be the most “likable” character on reality TV, but she does seem to be the most effective.

Every terrible co-worker you’ve ever worked with is represented on this show, and it feels like the final vindication to see Tabatha read them up and down. She won’t stand to be interrupted, undermined, or ignored, and it’s glorious to behold.

In some respects, she could be the reality equivalent of a feminist icon, demanding the business owners pay her the respect she’s due. In real life, outside of Bravo, she’s a successful business owner, brand ambassador, and motivational speaker.

How to watch: You can catch the latest season on Bravo’s website.
